FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price on a sliding scale just communicate to me. If the first job is immense it goes by the hour and is a flat competitive rate after that. You get a lot for the price because I refuse to do light cleans I only do deep cleans… I think leaving a house only lightly cleaned after someone paid any money at all during a pandemic is unethical.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically want a general walkthrough before giving a price. Who knows, I might be able to offer a secondary service you didn’t know I could perform based off the profile alone. I think having two pairs of eyes looking at the job and talking about the price is more honest so everyone walks away from the compromise feeling validated :).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning with my fiancé for 5 years. She had been an in home maid for 10, a deep house cleaner for 2, and a lodge/hotel cleaner for a year. We are passionate about providing healthy clean environments to those in the working class. We want to bring top notch care to those who need it. :)
