Jon reached out beforehand to discuss specifics of the cleaning. Following my phone call, I received a quotation and a detailed list of all the rooms/items to be cleaned. Cleaners were punctual arriving at the agreed upon time. Cleaners did a great job with the move out cleaning.

Two cleaners came to the house, both in their 20s, very friendly, and worked their butts off for four hours. I felt we got the time and work effort value, but not the "deep" cleaning value. For example, they only brought a stick vacuum which did not do a good job on the carpeted/rug areas. They did not clean the inside of the microwave. They did not clean the cabinet faces in the kitchen, even though I mentioned the need for this when I set up the appointment. It was a good cleaning, and they worked very hard; however, I would not consider it to be a deep cleaning.
