- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I am always great full and thank new clients for considering me. Initially I will ask them if they have something specific in mind and pictures of designs are always great and very appreciated! I will then let my client know if I have the skill set and accommodations to fit their needs. If needed I am more than happy to consult with them a make suggestions for for example a sweet table for a party or event. I will then calculate their cost and ask them if that seems ok if not we can change things to fit their budget. If everything goes well, the client will send me a 50% deposit and for large orders like wedding cakes and larger events I will ask the client to complete the payment in full at least 1 week prior to D day, this just makes things easier for both parties. After that I will confirm delivery or pick up, I do charge $1 per mile got delivered.

I have always had a great passion for baking and making people really happy with everything I make. I love baking cake and treats for my family and friends and decided to expend.
