Awesome pool service! I could never keep the poolclean for longer than a few days because of the staining along the sides and such but since using Placer Pool Guy, my pool has stayed clean and the chemicals are balanced. He is super efficient and gets the job done thoroughly. Highly recommend if looking for a reasonabley priced, great service company!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer either a one time service or monthly with a 6 month contract. Discount prices are available with a contract and I offer referral incentives to my customers, In addition to weekly pool service cleaning, I offer filter cleaning at a discounted cost,
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule a meeting time with the customer to overlook the project, discuss the process, and and answer any questions they may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to being a pool owner and working as a swimming pool technician, I also received a Bachelors Degree in Mass Communications and I have over 20 years experience in outside sales. This combination allows me to communicate with my customers in a personable and professional manner.
