- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with the initial phone call, I answer all of their questions. Then I schedule an appointment which I ensure to arrive on time to. Before I leave the appointment I ensure all questions and concerns have been resolved. Finally I complete the project to meet the customers needs and expectations.
