- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. The total cost depends on the number of rooms, type of fabric or carpet, and the level of cleaning needed (standard, deep, or stain removal). All quotes include professional equipment, eco-friendly cleaning solutions, and deodorizing. We offer bundle discounts when cleaning multiple areas or surfaces in the same visit (for example, carpet + upholstery). We also provide returning customer and referral discounts. If any additional work is needed (e.g., pet odor treatment or specialty stain removal), we always discuss it with you first - no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking a few questions to understand your needs - what areas need cleaning, any specific stains, pets, or problem spots. Then we provide an upfront estimate based on the size and condition of the carpet or upholstery. On the day of service, we arrive on time with all equipment and cleaning solutions. We do a quick inspection, confirm the price, and explain what to expect. Next, we pre-treat stains, deep clean using professional hot water extraction, and finish with deodorizing if needed. Before we leave, we do a final walk-through with you to make sure you’re completely satisfied. We also provide drying tips and aftercare instructions to help your carpets and furniture stay clean longer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained in carpet, upholstery, and rug cleaning, including stain removal and fabric care. We are experienced with industry-leading equipment, such as Rotovac and Mytee extractors, and utilize professional solutions from top brands. We continually implement best practices for safe cleaning, pet odor removal, and the use of eco-friendly products, undergoing ongoing training and leveraging industry resources. Safety, quality, and customer satisfaction are always our priorities.
