- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer two service options: Professional Cleaning and Deep Cleaning. Professional Cleaning addresses everyday dirt and buildup, while Deep Cleaning provides more intensive treatment for furniture that needs additional attention. We recommend the appropriate option based on your furniture’s fabric, condition, and cleaning needs. Pricing depends on the furniture’s size, the selected service, and any additional treatments. Our minimum service appointment is $150. This applies toward your cleaning total and is not an additional fee. Send us photos of your furniture and your ZIP code for a FREE personalized estimate. We explain what each option includes and confirm the service and price before cleaning begins. Any additional treatment requires your approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by reviewing photos of your furniture, your ZIP code, and any concerns about stains, odors, or heavily used areas. We then provide an estimate and schedule your appointment. On arrival, we inspect the upholstery and care label, discuss the expected results, and confirm the service and price. We select a cleaning approach suited to the fabric and condition, with attention to seams, armrests, cushions, and other areas of buildup. After cleaning, we review the results with you and provide drying and aftercare instructions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continually develop our upholstery cleaning skills through ongoing learning, consultation with other cleaning professionals, and training twice a year. We regularly review our equipment and make upgrades to improve our cleaning process. We also evaluate and update our selection of professional cleaning solutions to suit different upholstery fabrics, soil conditions, and treatment needs. Our ongoing learning focuses on fabric assessment, appropriate product selection, stain and odor treatment, extraction techniques, and moisture management. This helps us make informed cleaning decisions and provide careful, personalized service.
