- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently I am offering a $500 discount off of all my packages. With this year being Covid and 2021 around the corner with postponed weddings, I wanted to take this opportunity to build my wedding profile and offer a discount for those who may be tight on finances due to circumstances of this year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost I take the time with a free consult. This is key to building any future relationship with the client and making sure it is a good fit for both sides. Depending on which plan you decide to go with, we have phone call interactions, meet in person if needed, go over your goals, plans, traditions and other questions. I am simply here to take part of the load for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Business management for over 15 years. Business owner 8+ years! I completed a Event Planning course online in 2015-2016. I have volunteered for countless coordinating events since end of 2015.
