Josh of Pacific Pride Windows, knows his windows and knows what customer service is about. I had Josh come to my home to give me answers to my questions about his windows. After his visit, he had me sold. I purchased the windows and i couldn't believe the different it made from my old windows. I now have more privacy looking thru my windows from the outside into my home and they make my home more quiet as they filter out noise from the street traffic. I do recommend the windows to all who are considering replacing there windows.
