I was very impressed with Levon and his crew. It turned out that I needed to replace my 10-year-old tankless water heater because some debris got into it likely from a copper to galvanized pipe installation by the water department when my water meter was installed. I had them replace the water heater and as he found leaks in my drainage line likely due to 100-year-old cast iron pipes and poor workmanship by previous plumbers I had him replace them as well. He provided me pictures of his work under the house. My new water heater developed a problem, again likely from debris from the connection made by the water company and he ordered and replaced the part. I have already recommended him to a neighbor and would definitely hire him again if I need any further work to be done.

I am so impressed with Proline Rooter LLC. I received excellent response and evaluation of my problem. My house is on the market and is vacant and the water bill was higher than expected. We were told by another contractor that we had a leak that would cost $350 to repair. Levon went by the house and found no problem. He didn’t charge me for the evaluation or try to charge me for a nonexistent issue.
