Love All the Way Fit and Brandon's methods. Small group training is the best. I've started and quit many excercise programs. This one is a keeper. This is not just for the super fit and young adults...it's for all of us. Try it!!

As a professional dancer myself and a promoter and producer of various types of entertainment shows, I have had the pleasure of working with many different types of artists and performers. I like to work with excellent talent, of course, but I also insist upon working with those who conduct themselves professionally. Julia is a dancer who glows in her love for the dance and this flows from her in her performances. I find it a pleasure to work with this dancer and I invite her to dance regularly at my events! She is always very courteous to the guests and audience she performs for, taking the time to speak to them about her deep love for the dance, and edifying the event she is proudly blessing with her skills :) Julia has immense respect for this rich art form of Bellydance. I look forward to working with her in the future!

    About

I don't really own a business, but I competed in national tennis tournaments when I was younger and reached the position of #1 in Northern California and #67 in the nation (USTA) when I was fourteen years old. I know how to play the game, and I know how to train someone to become the best of the best. I'm still young, so I will train with them as well as participate in conditioning post-lesson. I'm very easy to get along with, and I'm patient. I only use positive motivation skills to push my clients toward their goals. I have had seven coaches overall in my tennis career along with two mental toughness coaches and have attended two high-ranked tennis academy--one being full-time where I boarded in dorms at the age of 15. I know what it takes to become a champion, and I've experienced the success streak as well as the losing streak. My last one caused me to quit for good. But even though I don't compete any longer, I have the potential to create the next best tennis player, mentally and physically, through hard work, perseverance, motivation, example, faith and consistency.

Hello, my name is Damon Kitchiner, and I am a personal tennis instructor. I began coaching my daughter 15 years ago when she was three years old. Since then, my daughter's tennis skills have become world famous via several videos that we posted on YouTube when she was 10 years old. Due to my daughter, Deja's tennis skill, she has been invited to train with a former coach of Venus Williams and Serena Williams. Deja has been ranked in the top 20 in the Northern California Junior USTA rankings and the top 30 in Florida's USTA Junior rankings. Finally, she has been the Pioneer Valley League MVP and has went undefeated in her junior and senior years. She also finished 3rd in the high school state tourney in her junior and senior year. I am a fundamental tennis coach who can work with beginners or experienced players. Let my daughter and I bring your tennis game to the next level!

I teach the fundamentals, from new players to advanced. I make the swing simple and explain the problem. Work on a shot game that's made easy to do and learn. Work on bunkers shots. Start with putting. Then, we move into short irons, mid-irons, and finally, when you get comfortable, we move into the woods, fairway woods, then the driver.
