Antonio called to inform me he was arriving. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and the time frame it would take. The old toilet was removed and disposed of by Armstrong. Antonio cleaned the area he was working in before leaving. The price that was quoted a week before was honored. Fred was the lead plumber who evaluated and ultimately replaced our water heater. He came in the evening to pronounce our old water heater expired and arranged to install the new water heater beginning in the morning of the following day. This was excellent timing as I am providing care for my very ill husband and needed hot water right away. Fred is very experienced and has wonderful customer service skills. The hot water heater was installed and is working well. Fred has a birthday in a couple of days. Thank you Fred and happy birthday. Additionally, the assistant who came to help Fred was very nice, helpful.

We were in a panic! Due to our pest guy breaking a pipe we had to turn off the water to our entire home. When I called Armstrong Plumbing the phone was answered promptly. Once I explained the emergency, I was assigned to a scheduler who quickly assigned our case to a technician. We soon received a call from Antonio that he was on the way. Although Antonio had to pick up a part, he had us operational in less than an hour. The whole experience was awesome.

I've been happy with Armstrong's work in the past. I was extremely impressed with Antonio's professionalism, it was more of the company's pricing policies that left a bad taste.
