I was very pleased with the work done by this contractor. He was prompt, was able to assess the problem on short notice, he ordered the part and installed it with no issues. Price was reasonable and he was pleasant and professional. I will hire him again if another appliance breaks. He fixed my oven and tested for me to show me that it worked and left me with my old part so I knew exactly what was replaced.

PG&E had told me they would have to turn gas off before this job could be done. Appliance Repair's technician was willing to wait for my message and come out at a time later than when most technicians are available. I very much appreciated his professionalism and flexibility.
