- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our work is bided by the job not by the hour any first time customers will receive a 10% discount on the quote they receive any clients that recommend us a new customer and we secure the job you will receive and 10% recommendations fee from the total price of the job for example: (if you recommend your friend/family/neighbor and they hire us for a $2,000 job you will receive $200 for the recommendation)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with getting to know and understanding our customers and try to put ourselves in there shoes to help us better understand and satisfy their needs while trying to help them save money where ever it is possible and providing idea from past experiences
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a journeyman for local 3 operator engineer for a few years before I decided to begin my own company
