NRN was GREAT!!! found and fixed the problem in less than 120 minutes and the price for parts and labor was literally half of what I thought he was going to charge me. Then...I broke it... seriously! NRN came back took it apartand pulled the small piece of broken glass that I dropped in there out of the dishwasher drain pump and only wanted to charge me gas money?!? Nah...I gave him double what he asked...and thanked him from the bottom of my heart!!!!
