My technician did a great job. He gave me lots of options of the parts we could use for my Samsung washer, which needed new balance arms. We were able to find a suitable alternative for the Samsung parts, which are ridiculously expensive and I am reticent to use since it seems they are not built to last. Luckily he happened to have the parts with him so he was able to complete the repair the same day instead of having to order them and repair the washer when they arrived, which is great because with four kids, two of whom are potty training, we need our washer! 10/10, would hire again.
