Our technicians name was Amit. He was super nice and extremely professional. He diagnosed right away what the issue was with our dryer and corrected the problem 20 minutes later. I was pleased with the service provided by Same Day Appliance. They did need to come back a 2nd time to make a further adjustment to my washing machine, but were prompt in doing so, easy to deal with and our service technician, Chris, was a good guy, friendly and efficient. Id use them again.
