Showed up on time. Is a kind, knowledgeable man who was able to instantly diagnose and then repair my LG refrigerator. Very clean and very easy to communicate with. Helped me understand the issues and made sure I was comfortable. He fixed my refrig despite the late hours would highly recommend.

We were in desperate need of having a tech come out before the weekend. Sequoia Appliance came out in less than 24hrs. The gentleman was on time and was very professional. He showed me where and what was wrong. Very honest and thorough.
My Samsung dryer had weird flutter clicking sound and they found it and also cleaned all the dryer lint out. Appreciate the speedy response and excellent service. Highly recommend
