- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Home appraisal prices ($300) reflect properties under an estimated 1,000,000 in value; others prices will be given for unique—non-traditional homes or properties in rural neighborhoods or on acreage
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I listen to the customer’s concerns or requirements for their property appraisal, and offer information that reflects my general services, time-frame for completion, and pricing (if different from my advertised price). I can also discuss the process of a home appraisal and answer any pertinent questions. From that point an inspection time is set with the homeowner, and estimated completion time, and method of delivery.

4 year standard continuing education through the office of real estate appraisers in Sacramento, California for license renewal and maintenance and 26 years experience.
