- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and based on the quality of work and materials I use. I always try to stay within the customer’s budget, offer different options, and sometimes give discounts for bigger projects or returning clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I talk with the customer to understand their needs and ideas. Then I visit the site, take measurements, and give a clear estimate. Once we agree, I plan the schedule and start the work step by step, keeping the customer updated the whole time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
l have a university degree and over 15 years of experience in construction. I’ve learned a lot through real work, and I always do my best to give clients great results.
