I've utilized JC and his crew on multiple projects in Alameda County and Contra Costa County and they are excellent and do great work. At my properties he and his crews (Yes I said crews, because he runs multiple crews) he has done everything from plumbing work, painting (exterior and interior), landscaping, tree removal, rent ready cleanouts from some of the nastiest hoarder tenants you can imagine, sewer line work at a multifamily property, putting up a security fence. They are the real deal and that is why I continually keep going back to him! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
