They were running a $69 tune-up special, and I was able to get an appointment for the very next day!Marshal arrived, took a look at my hallway vent, changed the filter, and explained what size filter I needed, how to install it, and how to keep it clean. It turns out the previous owner had been using the wrong size! He also showed me how to change the batteries in my thermostat, something I honestly had no idea how to do, and caught that the batteries were dying.He then went up on the roof to inspect the system and took videos to show me exactly what he was seeing. One of the components was reading really low (I can't remember the exact name of the part), so he got what he needed, made the repair, and had everything taken care of in a timely manner.As someone who isn't very familiar with HVAC systems, I felt the pricing was reasonable, and I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything rather than just doing the work and leaving. Having someone come out for preventative maintenance to help keep my system running smoothly is so important!As a single homeowner, finding someone you can trust to take care of your home without worrying about being taken advantage of is HUGE. That kind of honesty, patience, and customer service is hard to find these days.I'm so glad I came across this business on Nextdoor, and I'm happy to support a local small business that takes pride in helping its customers.
