My carpets look better then brand new and he was very understanding of our hectic schedule that day. We had told him a specific time and we weren't done with everything we needed to do before our carpets could get cleaned at the time we originally told him. We did feel really bad that he had another job to go to and we kept him longer then he probably normally planned but he worked out and was able to finish our carpets and get over to his other job :)

Vince arrived timely. He carefully explained what he was able to do. Proceeded with the work. Upon completion...the work was more than excellent! Vince took an old rug that was soiled, forgotten and stored away for 20 years. When Vincent fine should with this project, the rug looked fresh, alive and ready for another 20 years of service. The work Vicen perform showed dedication, skill, patience and determination to preform his best. I am extremely please with Vince'so outcome. Excellent service! Loretta S.
