My carpets look better then brand new and he was very understanding of our hectic schedule that day. We had told him a specific time and we weren't done with everything we needed to do before our carpets could get cleaned at the time we originally told him. We did feel really bad that he had another job to go to and we kept him longer then he probably normally planned but he worked out and was able to finish our carpets and get over to his other job :)

Victor arrived on time and was very helpful identifying what was needed to fix my rug problem. My issue was not Advents specialty , so he referred me to someone who could help. I appreciated his honesty and expertise.

Just recent had my carpets cleaned by Vincent at Ardent Carpet Restore. Vincent was extremely professional and helpful. he did an excellent job on our stairs and hallway and we will definitely be using Ardent Carpet Restore again.
