- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices may not be the cheapest but my attention to the customers needs are what I focus on. I include pre-treatment and deodorizer on each job that I do. Never will I up-charge you to get your carpet or upholstery as clean as possible because that what you hired me to do you should NOT have to pay twice to have clean carpets and upholstery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to 20+ years of experience, I have taken numerous industry related classes through the IICRC to keep up with new techniques and processes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was in 1996 that i started my own carpet cleaning company after helping my boss at the time grow his business to a 3 truck company i decided to branch out on my own. I eventually bought out his business.
