Steven was absolutely phenomenal!! He wasn't in a rush just to get to the next assignment. He truly new what the heck he was doing. My carpet had been basically "dusted over" by let's say a guy named...."Stan" the last 3 times & each time it was a rush job..... NOT WITH EASY CLEAN! Steven with Easy Clean will be the only person we're calling going forward from now on to come clean our carpets. I wish I had before & after pics to put on display.

Cody was great, Very courteous and thorough. He even called to my attention that we had a little bit of water damage in one of the corners of our rooms, really appreciated that. Carpet looked perfect. Scotchgard and I even get him to clean my linoleum in the kitchen for a good price. I will definitely ask for Cody to do my carpets next year. Thanks

From the beginning, Scott was very communicative. Then, our technician was great about explaining the whole process when he got to the house, being very clear about any extra charges for pet stains, etc., if I chose to include those. He made sure the stains in the carpet were really worked on and I now have beautiful carpets again. Thank you, Easy Clean!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. Having the client explain what service is needed so we can provide the information they need to make their decisions. Pricing is discussed and then offer convenient appointments seven days a week. Our goal is to provide excellent service long term for all their cleaning needs.
