We are only able to install New Replacement Windows and Patio Doors in Residential homes, Apartments & Condos. We also do replacement windows in Mobile & Manufactured Homes. We are not able to do any Commerical style Windows. We are not able to Do repairs on existing windows or doors. WE CAN ONLY PROViDE INSTALLATION ON WINDOWS WE SELL TO THE HOME OWNER. We can not install and guarantee windows that we do not provide to the Homeowner. We have been serving The Greater Sacramento & Bay Area since 1970. Completed my Contractor’s License in 1978. I have been doing Replacement Windows & Doors for over 42 years. We Sell and install Vinyl, Wood & Aluminum high quality products. We are a Milgard Certified Dealer. Please stop by our Showroom. Had a great experience with them. I got two quotes from different companies to replace all of my windows and my bay doors. Bill was more knowledgeable than the other guy, allowing me to get slightly larger windows than I would’ve with the other company. He also responds very quickly and is friendly with a good sense of humor. Efficient energy solutions was the more affordable of the two and the windows were going to be ready sooner. Then day of the boys came and replaced 4-5 windows and the doors in around half a day. So much faster than I expected! They were very efficient, punctual, friendly, and respectful. My partners room was embarrassingly messy, and his room had a window to replace. Not only did they make zero mess and didn’t break anything even though I forgot to move some fragile items from the window areas, but they even cleaned my partners room. Thanks so much boys, the windows look great!

Mr Hill is the most honest professional I’ve met in the past 40 years of home ownership. Not to be outshined by the two installers that were pleasant professional and thorough. Last but not least the windows they installed are impeccable in looks and quality.

I got nine new windows and one slide door installed by the pro. I contacted three window companies. I selected Efficient Energy Solutions (Bill Hill) because of their quickest and cheapest proposal. They installed the them in one day as they promised. The new windows and sliding door looked very nice and work very well. I was extremely satisfied with their work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with asking what their goals are for the Project. Then answer as many questions as possible. At that point it will give me a good Idea of their expectations and develop pricing, Materials & type of installation for the Project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 50 years of experience dating back to 1970 starting as a Glazier. Then over the Years I acquired the necessary experience to Obtain all the Correct State Contractor’s License’s to serve the Customers of the Greater Sacramento Area.
