Walter was excellent from start to finish. Even before the visit, he was very responsive and detailed in his communication, which immediately gave me confidence about what to expect. When he arrived, he was on time, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the situation with my HVAC system and what needed to be done.
What I appreciated most was how thorough he was. He didn’t just fix the problem and leave — he walked me through what he was doing and explained how my specific unit works. I honestly felt like I got a mini HVAC education. I started the day knowing absolutely nothing about my ‘broken’ system, and by the time he left I had learned several practical things I can do to help keep my unit running efficiently and extend its lifespan, and it was fixed!

Walter is the man!! On time, knowledgeable, found the issue quickly, gave us lessons & tips, such a great vibe & professional. Our son who’s entering HVAC school, Walter allowed him at his side entire time, giving him valuable advice. Walter with HVAC Holiday Repairs was pleasant to work with. From inception of order to finsih, he updated us on progress including his ETA to site. He spoke with professionalism and knew what he was doing. He resolved the issue. We have saved his contacts on our 'Speed Dial' and will refer him to our friends & family.
Walter repaired my AC unit. There were three defective burnt out electrical components which he replaced them with brand new electrical components. He also added refrigerant & flushed out heavy dirt buildup & debris at the condensing coils. Lastly, he checked for normal cooling inside structure at supply vents with a temperature gauge which were blowing out at an average of 55 degrees. Walter was very responsive, professional, and was fully equipped with supplies to repair my AC. I highly recommend the services of Walter!

Upon working with new customers, I'm highly transparent upon the work that's found & the work that's needed. I try & simplify things & terminology for a customer's understanding by emphasizing & utilizing fair communication skills. and also I take visual photos of all my findings & the performed work once completed

I am currently EPA universal certified & licensed as a commercial HVAC technician/and I'm also LIEBERT certified & trained to work on specialized AC units, systems & controls that are designed to supply & maintain specific cooling temps inside data & I.T. rooms
