Communication and consistency would be ideal. Knowing when to say no to a project would be good too. Professionalism was non existent. Mr. Ellis acted as if he was doing me a favor during the 5 months it took him to complete a 2 week or less job.Jan 10, 2018VerifiedTodd E.'s reply
I apologized many times over, Jeremy, and I am sorry you were so deeply affected by having to wait an unusual amount of time for your vanity cabinet. I try to do my best each and everytime. Your 1 star review was harsh, usually representative of someone who failed at every facet of the job. You paid me promptly when the job was complete, so in my opinion you were happy on some level. Perhaps a 3 or 4 star review would have looked more appropriate and held more stock in your opinion.
