I noticed a leak in my ceiling, and Ellis came out the next day to diagnose and fix the problem. It ended up being a water leak from a faulty toilet installation. He fix the toilet seal, and replaced all of the water damaged drywall. He also made every attempt to keep the dust contained in the work area, and he left the area spotless. I highly recommend Ellis Construction.

Ellis Construction did an awesome job on our project. They rehung our front door on a home that was built in the early 1900’s, we did not want to replace the door as it is arched and was the original door and has a lot of charm. Todd was innovative in his approach to re-hang the door as well as weather strip and re-trim so it now has a tight seal. He also installed new door hardware which looks great. In addition, he repaired our front gate that was sagging and did not close well. His pricing was fair and affordable. High quality work and customer service. We are having them do some additional work on another home.

Todd did a couple of little projects such as installing new fixtures in the bathroom shower, under the bathroom sink fixtures, and water line into the refrigerator. This allowed me to evaluate his work for future bigger projects. Todd was timely, professional, and did a great job. I was very happy with his work.

Todd installed two screens for me, one was a security front screen door and the other was a French Door screen. He also installed new light bulbs in my overhead kitchen lighting. He checked to determine if I needed a new ballast, which wasn't the case. Further, he changed smoke alarm and Co2 batteries and cleaned and regrouted my shower floor. Todd is very personable and professional with many years experience as a contractor. He usually arrived on time and if he couldn't he called to let me know. I would not hesitate to contact him in the future for quality workmanship. He is a craftsman and his work reflects this.

I took a few design classes in college. I went to UC Davis extension for Project Management. I have performed and narrated over 400 sewer inspections. I am a residential electrician. I worked at Amerigas Propane for 5 years, receiving formal training in propane, propane delivery, and disaster preparedness. I am a licensed General Contractor in the State of CA.
