Dust all high and low shelves, surfaces, baseboards, partition ledges, door jams, and window blinds. 2. Dust light fixtures. 3. Perform all high dusting of furniture cubicles. 4. Clean kick plates and thresholds. RESTROOMS (WEEKLY) 1. Clean partitions with germicidal detergent. COMMON AREAS (WEEKLY) 1. Sweep exterior emergency exits, walkways, stairways, etc. MONTHLY SERVICES OFFICES, RECEPTION AREAS, HALLWAYS, CONF. ROOM 1. Remove fingerprints from woodwork, walls and partitions. 2. Dust ledges and blinds. 3. Thoroughly edge-vacuum all carpeted areas. 4. Dust all vacant spaces where applicable. FLOOR AND CARPET MAINTENANCE (MONTHLY) 1. Vacuum all vacant spaces. RESTROOMS (MONTHLY) 1. Damp and wipe toilet waste paper receptacles, stall partitions, door, window sills and frames. ANNUAL SERVICES 1. Carpet cleaning at a cost of .08¢ per sq. ft. 2. Strip and wax all floors at a cost of .25¢ per sq. ft. 3. Widows inside and out (to be determined).
