Jessica came to my house, tested my pc and determined a "bench" session was in order. She took the pc to her place and the next morning informed me that the problem was a failing harddrive. Not only did she transfer all the data to another drive I gave her earlier, she loaded a Windows OS and gave me the cd so numbers would match for future use with the system. She is a friendly, thorough and professional tech. I could not be happier with her or the results. The price was VERY reasonable (only charged for 3 hours). This is an excellent person to hire for pc diagnosis and repair.

She was terrific. When she found the computer was affected by malware and couldn't be fixed, she went with me to buy a new computer and put it in and set up all the software. She really understands computers and doesn't make you feel stupid when you don't.

Jessica was amazing! She came to my address and was really easy to talk to about what was going on. Had performance issues with my HP laptop and she was super thorough in figuring out what was wrong with it. She gave me some recs on what I should do moving forward, including possibly putting an SSD into my machine. And when I am able to do it, I'll definitely be giving her a call back.
