I was having a number of issues with my 11 year old desktop pc including being unable to use my cd drive. After attempting to resolve these problems myself, I decided to pay for help. I have dealt with two of the larger, prominent companies in the past and was always left feeling cheated. This time I decided to try an independent IT person. I am so very happy that I did. Nick is a great guy and will not price gouge you like the people in the yellow pages do. I found him to be not only knowledgeable, competent, and efficacious, but very friendly and quite willing to explain all that he had done to repair my computer. He also offered to take care of anything that might arise in he future. He worked on my machine for nearly 4 hours and only charged me $60 bucks! This guy is totally groovy and right on! I highly recommend Nicolas McGreevy to fix your computer.

I would highly recommend Nicholas. Fast turnaround time and updates, met me in person to listen to my issues with my laptop and to explain the possible cause. Even offered to replace my laptop keyboard for free when I order the part. I had a small issue that occurred after the repair that he promptly fixed no charge. Excellent price and saved my work laptop from being junked or worse, dropping $200+ at GeekSquad to tell me they can't fix it. I would send my computers to him again.

I took a leap of faith meeting Nicholas for my laptop repairs and was not disappointed. He was able to save all my files from my dead hard drive and transfer them all to my new laptop. We met at a convenient location and he was on time and had all the repairs complete on the day he promised. He kept correspondence with me via text to keep me updated of his progress and was always clear and forthright with everything he was doing. His pricing is more than fair and I would definitely use his services again in the future if needed. I highly recommend Nicholas for any computer issues you may have.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I charge a flat rate fee for all my jobs. $60. Thats it. You know what you will be charged right up front. If you only need virus/spyware removal I only charge half price. ($30) If you need a part to repair your computer, I will find the cheapest price online

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am always learning more and technology is always progressing. It is a never ending pursuit of passion and I love to see the new places technology is enhancing our lives. I am currently in the process of getting my MCTS server 2008 and Active Directory Certifications.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I fix all types of issues from broken hardware, screen replacements, installing and upgrading Windows/other OS's, hardware upgrades, blue screens, slow performance, boot problems, viruses, peripherals, backup/restore, drivers, broken keyboards, you name it.
