Francis is our new "go to" guy. I am so grateful we found him. As a landlord living in Orange County, I wasn't sure how it was going to work out finding someone for repair work on a condo in Sacramento. Francis made a potentially difficult long distance problem very easy. He supplied SKUs so I could order items online, which he then picked up at the store.Thumbtack gave several good options, and we lucked out with Francis. He did an excellent job installing a new toilet and garbage disposal, and fixing little odds and ends around the house. We are very grateful for his commitment to quality work and efficiency at a fair price. The tenant will be recommending him to her friends.
