Our franchise owner, Rob Grahovac, has helped serve hundreds of investors and residents across Northeast Ohio in the property management industry. Rob began his career helping to grow Ohio’s first All County located in Cleveland to one of the largest management companies in the area. From his time in Northeast Ohio Rob is bringing the same expertise and experience to the Columbus market.

Amazing place to live! Condo is perfect for a couple or someone living solo. Tons of space and a great layout. Location is incredible with restaurants, bars, Blue Jackets and the park just outside our door.Shout out to Rob who has been so attentive with getting our tour setup, paperwork and any maintenance done so quickly!Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our management fees are set based on the type of management that our clients are seeking. We have clients that want to maintain certain aspects of the management process. We have adjusted our pricing structure so our clients only pay for the services that they need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with clients of all different needs and from all around the world. We can meet in person or schedule an on-boarding call with our staff to fulfill your management needs as soon as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training first began by self-managing our owner properties. After years of success we decided to take the skills that worked for our own proprieties and offer them to the public.
All County NEO Portfolio has an in house broker, associate broker, along with 5 licensed real estate agents.
