Hired for a sliding bathtub door repair. Mr Ghaws removed the door on Wednesday (June 10, 2026), replaced the wheels, spent two hours unable to fix it, then applied sealant and promised a noon-Thursday return (June 11, 2026). He never came, didn't return calls, and only responded through the Thumbtack app to push the date — first "the weekend," then Monday. Now the door's off, the bathroom is unusable, and loose glass panels are a hazard around my kids. Left a job half-done and a safety risk behind, then went unresponsive after sending the text "If you need anything done before Monday, hire someone else." Would not hire again.
