- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wedding and special event pricing is based on the specific services and level of services each client requests. I work with each client to understand what their vision for their event is and, based on their budget, what types of services they will need. Wedding packages for each couple are custom designed to meet each couple's specific needs, requirements, and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting with a telephone consultation, it is important that both the client and I make a connection. I then forward Client Information and Questionnaire forms that also help me to understand what specific services and assistance the client is requesting. When the client decides to move forward with my services, we begin designing and planning all of the details required to achieve their vision for their special event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
During my career as Programs Coordinator (conferences and trade shows, including receptions and special events) for corporate events, I attended California State University, Sacramento, and completed the Meeting Planning Certificate Program (1994). On April 6, 2016, I completed CSUS's Continuing Education: Meeting and Event Planning Certificate Program. Since August 2015, I have been an Event Consultant (Special Events) at a winery located in El Dorado County. Continuing Education: The David Tutera Mentorship Program.
