I had some minor wood rot damage under the eaves of my house that needed repairing. When Todd came over, I asked him to inspect the entire roof line for other potential problems. Todd pointed out areas of concern that mostly involved poor installation of gutters. Todd gave me an estimate I felt was reasonable. During the course of repairs, Todd found other minor and unrelated problems that he fixed within the agreed estimate. While Todd was at my home, I took the opportunity to ask his advice on other issues I was concerned about for which Todd graciously gave me suggestions. I would be happy to work with Todd in the future.

We hired Ellis construction toneepair some water damage in our home. The floor and wall needed to be repaired. Until they opened up the floor, it was not totally clear what would have to be repaired. Because of this, they gave us a range for the budget. The repair work got pretty extensive, but they still came in under the maximum budget. We have much respect for their expertise and quality of work performed. If you need anything repaired in or around your home, we highly recommend their services.
