- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am looking to build my reputation online so I am offering significant discounts on my premium service. I hope that in return for me giving you a discount and delivering on my promise of quality that you will consider writing a review sharing your experience. No pressure!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I pride myself on getting to know my customers. I spend the time on the phone or over email to find out what problems they are having, where they are seeing issues, and what is important to them. I then go to the home and meet the customer and inspect the full property, then give my recommendation to the customer and perform the treatment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Associate Certified Entomologist with over a decade of experience managing a multi million dollar nationwide pest control business. My last company was great, but I feel that most customers today are looking for a more detailed, personalized experience.
