I contacted Eric at Eagle PestControl to remove some wasp nests that were forming on our front porch eaves. He responded very quickly, giving the different pricing options (one-time vs. bi-monthly) and explained the work to be done. He arrived on time and sent a detailed summary and receipt immediately after his visit. Eric is a pleasure to work with. What can I say..... I needed help at our new house for pestcontrol and reached out to him late at night as I work night shift.. He responded so fast, and was at my house the next day... He did sich a great job cleaning and removing/spraying all pest in our new house.. I have never needed or wanted pestcontrol before but after seeing what he did, and the results, ill be using Eagle from now on!
Within 2 hours of speaking with Eric he was able to come by to look over and deal with the problem. With my busy schedule, I appreciated the promptness and knowing the upfront fees. Spoke directly with him which eliminated any call back or follow up. Everything from inquiry/initial phone call to completion of job was 2 -3 hours.

We had rats in our attic for a while now, we called Eagle PestControl and Eric did an inspection, found all entry points and worked out a price for seal up. Ever since then we have not had any rats running around our attic, Eric did a great job, he also currently does our bimonthly pestcontrol, he is very thoroughly with the services!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pest control subscriptions I am flexible on price, although my starting price is about $50-$60- monthly on up to $75-$85 bi-monthly.
When it comes to rodents exclusion services, we could be looking at anywhere from $250-$1200 depending on the job, every situation and house is different, rodent exclusions typically come with a one year guarantee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It always nice to meet face to face with a new customer, I like to explain my process so that the customer a has a truthful and realistic expectation of what to expect. I always make myself available by phone if not in person so that the customer knows that they can rely on me for any questions they may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have five years experience in the pest control industry with an emphasis not just on general treatments but also on rodent exclusions and eradication of bedbugs from your home.
