Very happy with our experience with SRVCOR. Dylan came out the next day and assessed the issue with our elliptical. They ordered the part and were back out to repair the issue as soon as the part arrived. Excellent customer service and the price was competitive. Will definitely use them again for our elliptical or any other service they offer.

Dylan came out to fix my Nordictrack treadmill the belt would stop and go suddenly, it ended up being the motor and I was able to order all the parts through srvcor. Dylan was super nice and the office was in constant contact with me. 10 outta 10

I originally gave this review 5 stars because Dylan, the service provider, was fantastic to work with. However, I’ve had to reduce it by two stars due to communication issues on Katelyn’s part.
Initially, I was told the part for my treadmill was being ordered and that it would be shipped to my home. Katelyn even called to confirm if my warranty had been transferred into my name, which I appreciated. She mentioned that once the part arrived, I should call back to get on the technician’s schedule.
After several weeks with no part delivered, I reached out again. That’s when I was informed that they don’t order parts and that it was my responsibility to do so. Unfortunately, I wasn’t given any details about the part or its number, which delayed the process even further. Had I known this earlier, I would have ordered the part immediately to avoid this unnecessary delay.
Now, I’ve been without my treadmill for an additional three weeks, and I’ll likely have to wait several more weeks for the part to arrive and to get back on the schedule. This lack of clear communication has been incredibly frustrating and could have been avoided with better instructions upfront.
