Thank you LIberty Floor Solutions for doing an excellent job cleaning my tile and carpet. I had thought my carpet was ruined but it cleaned up so great and looks and smells like new. My tile is so clean now and what looked like old now actually shines like new. You and your son do a great job.

Steam eats your grout! That's how they clean grout. Clean your grout 3-4 times with steam and see what happens...
Liberty Floor Solutions's reply
First of all I do NOT have a client who is Greg M. nor do I have a prospect or referral source who is Greg M. Second of all we DO NOT clean with steam. We clean with hot water under pressure. When you boil water it converts to steam at 212 degrees farenhiet. When water is placed under pressure it will NOT convert to steam until it reaches 252 degrees. We typically clean at 220 degrees. Grout is nothing more than colored concrete and concrete can withstand enormous temperatures. Concrete must be heated to OVER 572 degrees before any effect can be measured. In a typical house fire temperatures can reach over 1,000 degrees and what part of the home is still there - the concrete portions of the home. If your above statement was true then all of the Steam Sharks would be pulled from the market and the company would be facing multiple lawsuits. To test your statement all one has to do is take a steam iron, turn it on high, and point directly onto to the grout and see what happens - NOTHING. As for water pressure concrete is tested at 4,000 psi (pounds per square inch). We typically clean at 1,400 psi but NEVER go over 2,000. Greg M. you are probably one of those "uneducated", "unscrupulous", "inexperienced" cleaners that we warn people about.
