After a terrible bathroom overflow incident on our 2nd floor, we had major water damage which rendered much of the 2nd floor and part of the 1st floor completely gutted to the studs. To further complicate matters, our house was on the market and I could waste no time getting it back to prime condition to sell. Ardie Melton [Titus] was the contractor who led my project and wasted no time getting things going. We had drywall up within a day and mud and texture by day 2. By the end of the 1st week, everything was done except carpet which promptly came early the next week. The crew working for Titus is EXCELLENT! They work hard, are courteous, professional, and do a damn good job. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the project. The project was completed on time, on target, and on budget and the end results are better than I could have expected. I highly recommend Titus. "See more

Unfortunately the window frame replacement was not executed as it won’t close all the way to lock. We didn’t realize this until several months after.
