- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its usually pretty simple. If you have door issues we take a $25 diagnostic test and if you go with our services then we include the $25.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not college wise. But I try to always keep up on new product seminars and always be on top of latest products.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I can provide a much better customer service for a cheaper price then my ex company.
