Introduction: We are a local company. If you order a door that is in stock your chances of getting it installed the same week is fairly high. A lot of our product we get directly from manufacture. This way we try to cut out the middleman and give cheaper bids then most of the door companies. I like being self employed. In the past I worked for many different employers and was never satisfied with the customer service they provided to there customers. I always told myself that if I ever get a chance to open up my own business I will take my customers much more serious.

After my son backed up into our garage door I had to take some fast action with having it replaced or fixed. I called a couple different door companies and was disappointed in the service fees they charged. My neighbor stopped by me and told me she recently had 1A Advanced Garage Doors out to do some work on her door and she strongly recommended them to me. So i decided why not? I gave them a call and within 1 hour they were at my house. I spoke to Vince and he guided me step by step on the different options I had. He said it would not be necessary to replace my door even though most the contractors "recommended me to." With the fraction of the cost of what I was quoted at from different companies, Vince told me he could have the door running within a couple hours. So I gave him the green light. Within a couple hours like he said, he had my door running even better then I had it before. I strongly recommend whoever is looking for a garage door guy to check our 1A Advanced Garage Doors. Because they are a family owned business that provide excellent service while keeping your wallet full.

1A Advanced Garage Doors came and repaired our original door that was broken, so we'd be able to get in and out of our garage. Then, they ordered new garage doors and replaced them a week later. The installation was very quick and we haven't had problems with the new door ever since. They were very polite, knowledgeable, and quick.

After a couple estimates on getting my door replaced, I chose 1A Advanced Garage Doors because they were one of the highest rated on yelp and other websites. Prices were much better then they're competition. They came out, did the estimate and the next day I had a new door. It's really as simple as it gets. Excellent customer service. They will definitely be getting my referrals.

After having called three garage door technicians, I can state with certainty that 1A Garage Doors exceeds them by far. The technician who assisted me was extremely professional and experienced. He explained what the problem with my garage door was, fixed it and charged me about two thirds of the price quoted by the other technicians. By being so efficient and reliable, I was expecting a high cost, but that was not the case! Well done to 1A Garage Doors for an exceptional service!

Its usually pretty simple. If you have door issues we take a $25 diagnostic test and if you go with our services then we include the $25.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not college wise. But I try to always keep up on new product seminars and always be on top of latest products.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I can provide a much better customer service for a cheaper price then my ex company.
