What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, tell us what your garage door is doing and where the property is located. Our team will help schedule your free inspection and confirm an appointment window.
Your technician will perform a full inspection of the door and opener, explain any issues, and provide a quote for the recommended work. Once you approve, we can often complete the repair during the same visit using the parts stocked on our truck.
Before wrapping up, we check the door’s operation and answer your questions about the work performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team includes several professionals with more than 20 years of hands-on experience installing garage doors. Every technician must complete our full training program before heading into the field.
