FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Biweekly service starts at $150/month, and add-on services like seasonal cleanups or large hedge work are quoted separately so you only pay for what you need. Weeding visits start at $150 (up to 2 hours). I always provide fair, honest pricing based on the amount of work, and every job is quoted up front with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few simple questions about your yard and what kind of maintenance or help you’re looking for. From there, I schedule a quick visit to walk the property, understand your goals, and make sure we’re a good fit. You’ll receive a clear, fair estimate based on the size of your yard and the services you need. If everything looks good, we choose a start date and I begin your biweekly maintenance or scheduled project. Throughout the process, I keep communication easy and friendly — you’ll always know what to expect, what’s included, and when I’ll be there. My goal is to make your yard care simple, reliable, and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an academic degree in Horticulture Science, which provides a strong foundation in plant health, soil science, irrigation principles, and sustainable landscape practices. This training helps me understand how plants grow, what they need to thrive in our climate, and how to maintain gardens in a way that supports long-term health rather than quick fixes. In addition to formal education, I continue to stay current with California water-efficient landscaping guidelines, battery-powered equipment standards, and sustainable gardening methods to give customers the best possible care for their outdoor spaces.
