- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always provide customized quotes after collecting as much information as possible about the jobs we are bidding on. We write our bids to be customizable and transparent. We try to keep our cost low by providing itemized, flexible bids for our clients to tailor to their specific needs. We offer a wide range of services (web development, graphic design, photography, etc) and provide excellent discounts for clients that require more than one service. We Love Non-Profits! Certified Non-Profits receive a 15% discount. Hourly Rate: Smaller projects can be hourly based (we provide hourly estimate for each deliverable).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are all about the creative process and ensuring open, productive communication on both ends. If you choose to work with us, be prepared for detailed emails, clear schedules, and *gasp* homework! Yes, we do give our clients a list of their own assignments to complete. A typical process would include: • Finalizing and detailing out a project agreement • Digging in to your likes/dislikes and pinpointing your brand • Gathering content & creating initial sketches, wireframes, or layouts (depending on the type of project we are working on) • Going back and forth on the initial concepts and then moving on to the finalization stage • Final edits & delivery of product!

Each team member has a specialized set of skills — we have a coding-websites-before-he-could-read type wiz web developer, an award winning photographer & videographer, and a top of her class summa cum laude graphic designer!
