I charge a fair hourly rate that reflects professional work and quality results. Every project is unique, but I’m always transparent about pricing — no hidden fees, and I offer discounts for multi-day jobs.
 - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen carefully to understand what needs to be done. Then I explain the best and most cost-effective way to fix it, agree on timing and price, and make sure everything is clean and done right before I leave.
 - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied construction and maintenance, worked many years as a restaurant technician, and have hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, and furniture assembly. Every project adds new skills — that’s what keeps me growing.
