Andrei was great! He fixed what he could while he was here and was going to go home and order a part from Home Depot that was needed to fix my vertical blind (it was not in stock). He was also going to look for a part to fix a window and then come back another day when he had both parts. Instead, he went to the Home Depot that day, found the part to fix the window and came up with an alternative way to fix the blind. He texted me to ask if he could then come back, even though it was dinner time (and I believe he had already worked all day). He then came back to my house and fixed both the window and the vertical blind. He really went above and beyond! I would not hesitate to contact him again for any handyman type needs!
