Art did an outstanding job! I had an issue with a tripped outlet on a Sunday after using a newly purchased deep fryer, and he responded quickly. He took the time to diagnose the problem thoroughly, explained what was causing it, and resolved the issue efficiently.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I really appreciated his expertise and attention to detail.

I am so glad that we chose Arts Essential Services for ceiling fan installation! He was prompt, responsive, and willing to negotiate with our price range for the installation. We intended to have 5 fans installed, to which he explained every step of what he was doing so that we would have that information should we need it addressed again. On the 5th fan, he discovered that the box in the ceiling was not rated to hold a heavy ceiling fan, and informed us in good faith that he could not continue the installation, but would help us with whatever further steps we wanted to take. If you're looking for thorough, high-quality, electrical work from someone with expert knowledge and wonderful customer service skills, I cannot recommend any other business besides this one!
