I’ll start off by saying Alex is amazing. There is no o other electrician you should hire. If you’re getting quotes and his is higher and you’re considering going with someone a bit cheaper DONT. Alex is worth every penny. You will be happy you hired him. We’ve been completely redoing our house and have had a lot of people working on it for all sorts of things. Most of them weren’t the most reliable and/or didn’t do the greatest job. We’ve had multiple electricians. The one we hired before Alex left big holes in our wall, cut power to half the house, left a mess and never came back to finish. We didn’t have hot water or lights in half the house for a couple of weeks. I finally came across Arts Essential Services where Alex responded to my request. I told him what was going on and he was so nice and assured me he would get everything fixed and not leave us hanging. He’s 2 hours away from our location but he still came out and worked so incredibly hard. He was working until midnight because he wanted to make sure our house was taken care of. The house needed a lot of electrical work as it was in bad shape plus we wanted light fixtures added in the front and back. He did a fantastic job at everything. This house had a lot of electrical problems but now with his work we haven’t had any issues. He’s very knowledgeable, a hard worker and very nice. We’ve even called him a couple times because we had some questions about something we were trying to do and he graciously helped us. We’re going to be doing more work on the house in the spring and he is the only person we are going to hire to do our electrical work. He’s honest, reliable, and great at what he does. Thank you Alex for everything we really appreciate it.

Alex was a top notch professional from the very beginning. He quickly responded to my request and fit us into his schedule the following week. Because we're new homeowners, he went through every detail of the work that needed to be done and educated us on a bunch. Our house is older so he ran into unexpected issues during the work but didn't complain at all and got it all done! In 1.5 days, he moved major electrical work in our bathroom and installed 2 ceiling light fans, including running new lines from the wall switch to the ceiling electrical box so that we can have fancy dual switches! All in all, Alex did an amazing job at a great price and record time. We're so happy to have found our go-to electrician!
