Filipp showed up on time, that was a good indication. Has knowledge to figure things out and get the job done. May take bit longer but he can definitely get it done. Only little glitch is the language barrier. What I learned from the thumbtack is you should always have a some kind of an agreement or contract. you can request for a form to fill out. What ever the amount was in the contract should be good to go.
